Peel garlic and chives and fi chop finely to make them soften in a pan with a little oil. Also we chop the green pepper and add it . When everything is well braised, we add the crab meat and brandy. Flambé all and add 100 ml of tomato sauce and mix again. We put the peppers on a baking sheet, fill them and put it in the oven for 3 minutes at 180 degrees to keep them warm. Heat the rest of the tomato sauce with 100 ml of water. Add a few drops of hot sauce and a pinch of salt. Stir everything with a spatula until thoroughly cooked.
