Txangurro tartare Avocado and Caviar

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
  • 4 servings
  • 500 g of Txangurro
  • bouillon
  • 1 avocado
  • Chives and chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Piquillo pepper powder
  • Herbal Oil
  • 4 TDCs Caviar
  • Oil
  • Vinegar

 

ELABORATION:

To make the vinaigrette, will mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in a bowl. Stir and add oil.

To prepare the tartare, avocado chop, put it in a bowl and add a few drops of lemon juice and vinegar. Stir and incorporate herbs, red pepper powder, salt and chopped onion. Then add the crab meat in the bowl. Stir and add the herbs.

Finally, we put the tartar using a circular garnish with a spoonful of caviar mold. We'll use a few slices of avocado and some hot peppers around the Tartar to accompany our plate. (Optional use tartar sauce)
