Txangurro mousse

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
  • 100 g Txangurro
  • 100 grams of canned mussels or natural
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 120g Mayonnaise
  • 100 ml of cream to cook

 

ELABORATION:

We put in a large bowl all ingredients (caution - the mussels have to go very well drained) Beat with mixer ensuring that there are no lumps, and making all ingredients are evenly mixed, until we the texture of mousse.
Ready to serve. We can serve on a plate and place a toast with spreads, or can be used to fill a volovanes.
