Txangurro salad

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
  • 360 g of Txangurro
  • 4 eggs chopped (about 180 g)
  • 180 g of Mayonnaise
  • 200 g of cream
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • Lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Baby spinach
  • 4 prawns
  • Salt

 

ELABORATION:
